We had just purchased our new home and needed a realtor to sell our current home. Initially a friend referred Simon and Yvette to us. On our first face-to-face meeting it became very clear that they were the best-prepared team of realtors that we had met since the beginning of our home search, which lasted over a year and a half. Over that course of time we had probably met over 50 other realtors through open homes and other.
Simon and Yvette came with a pricing strategy and a complete marketing plan to have our home exposed to the largest possible audience. In addition, they had a team of people lined up to have the house prepared for the best appearance. There market analysis of the possible sale price astonished us. It was beyond our expectations, and Simon assured us it would go for that or higher.
Simon and Yvette's team prepared our house and we were amazed at how beautiful it looked after the makeover. We almost didn't want to leave that house since it looked so nice.
